Assistant Food and Beverage Manager – Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner with a portfolio with 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed Conglomerate in Sri Lanka.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in implementing strategies to drive superior service levels and create unique guest experiences. This role will be responsible for increasing revenue, controlling inventory and costs, and improving performance levels. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be up to date with the food and beverage trends and understand the fine dining experiences with upscale services, whilst also establishing and delivering effective programs that will enhance the service standards of the food and beverage team. In addition, this role will develop exceptional menus and constantly make necessary upgrades.
