Position Overview

The Company is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Group Head of Facilities to direct the running of their facilities and create a safe and efficient work environment that improves business performance and optimizes staff productivity.

Major Responsibilities
• Ensure efficient operation of facilities, mitigate risk, and ensure that facilities meet the needs of clients and staff.
• Ensue optimizing the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs
• Preparing facilities budgets and monitoring expenditure
• Design and planning facilities Layout
• Ensure regular inspection of buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Monitor and ensure cleanliness, gardening space allocation through his team in concerned unit.
• Ensure all insurance plans and service contracts to be updated
• Create and ensure Implementing policies and safety procedures to minimizing hazards
• Engaging with vendors and contractors and negotiating agreement.
• Ensuring compliance with country laws
• Planning and ensuring required training for all facilities & maintenance staffs.

Requirements And Skills
• Proven experience as in a leadership role as Head of Facilities or relevant position
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Broad knowledge of business functions, and project management experience.
