Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inspection Incharge at MAS Active’s location in Paliyagoda. The Inspection Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily inspection activities, ensuring quality control standards are met, coordinating with production teams, and maintaining accurate inspection records to uphold product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• Experience in quality control, inspection, and production processes
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing and industry standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Diploma or certification in quality management or a related field is a plus
